Yes, the average City of Sunnyvale employee salary is now over $100,000 per year thanks to a series of generous raises that has increased their salary each and every year since 2003.

But this increase pales in comparison to the raises received by Public Safety Officers who now receive a median compensation of almost $180,000 per year. Their compensation has increased at a rate about three times the increase given to all public sector jobs:
